Dr. Keila Nichols

Doctor of Chiropractic

Dr. Keila Nichols graduated with her Doctorate in Chiropractic Sciences in 1988 and has been changing lives through chiropractic care ever since. With a deep love for people and a strong belief that God designed the body to heal and thrive, she has dedicated her life to helping families experience lasting wellness—including gentle, natural care for infants and children.

She’s endlessly curious and passionate about understanding why the body does what it does. Known for her persistence, intuition, and commitment to restoring normal function, Dr. Keila brings warmth and wisdom to every encounter. Her care is non-invasive, science-based, and always centered on the individual.

Over the years, she’s become especially known for her work in infant cranial care. She not only provides hands-on care for newborns and children, but she also collects, documents, submits, and presents clinical research in this field. Her work has helped other healthcare professionals recognize how early cranial adjustments can support things like latch, sleep, digestion, development, and behavior, as well as aesthetics and dental health.

In addition to her chiropractic work, Dr. Keila has a deep passion for teaching. She offers live and recorded classes on natural health and homeopathy to moms, families, professionals, and anyone seeking to understand how to work with the body instead of against the body to achieve health and healing without drugs or surgery, whenever possible. Her approachable teaching style makes complex topics feel accessible, fun and empowering.

“I’ve been blessed with the most amazing and lovable patients throughout my career,” she says. “They’ve brought me the most unexpected challenges. I won’t say I love a challenge—but I will say I’m challenged by a challenge, and those moments have shaped me into the doctor I am today.”

Whether she’s presenting research, teaching a class, or adjusting a newborn, Dr. Keila brings the same heart every time: to serve, to listen, and to do everything she can to help others heal the way God designed them to.

Dr. Jesse Nichols helps teens and adults relieve pain, restore function, and return to the life they love through personalized, whole-body chiropractic care. He is proficient in Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT), Diversified Technique, Cranial Facial Release (CFR), and Extremity Adjusting Technique, and provides various therapies including Low Level Laser Therapy, Decompression, and others—all tailored to support long-term, natural healing.

Known for his calm, thoughtful presence and ability to listen deeply, Dr. Jesse takes time to understand each patient’s story and create a care plan that honors the way their bodies were designed—with intention, complexity, and the ability to heal.

Before earning his Doctorate in Chiropractic, Dr. Jesse was already a published researcher and recognized for both academic and clinical excellence. He now leads White Tree Chiropractic, where he combines a lifetime of observation with leading-edge care to serve families in Northeast Dallas.

A second-generation chiropractor, Dr. Jesse grew up around natural health and was first inspired by watching his mother, Dr. Keila Nichols, care for patients. That early exposure helped shape his passion for healing and his commitment to serving others with excellence.

He lives in Wylie, Texas with his beloved wife and two young children. When he's not investing time into his practice or his family, Dr. Jesse enjoys mountain biking, NASCAR, and playing table-top games with his closest friends.

Laura Cahill

Office Manager

Laura has been a vital part of our clinic since 2013, serving as Dr. Keila’s right hand and personal assistant. As our front desk coordinator and Chiropractic Assistant, she’s often the first smiling face you’ll see when you walk through our doors.

Laura’s love for Jesus and passion for children shine through in everything she does. She’s known for being a calming, comforting presence—especially to the little ones who visit our clinic. In fact, she’s earned the reputation of being “the lap of luxury” for many of our infant and child patients!

We want every family to feel at home here, and Laura plays a big role in creating that warm, welcoming atmosphere. While moms receive care, Laura lovingly entertains the littles with dolls, stuffed animals, books, toys, and games. It's not unusual for kids to cry when it's time to leave—they’re having too much fun!

If you’re new to our clinic, Laura will guide you through the intake process and help direct you to the best provider for your natural healthcare needs. Her heart for service and dedication to our families is a big part of what makes this place so special.

Stephanie received her training from the Ontario College of Homeopathic Medicine in Toronto, Canada, where she studied a broad range of homeopathic approaches—from classical to protocol-based prescribing.
